The BEE Award
The BEE Award (Being Excellent Every Day) recognizes our staff members who go above and beyond to support patients, families, and their healthcare team. This award celebrates those who demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in their daily work. In alignment with the mission of the Hutchinson Clinic—to maintain a culture of excellence by delivering to our patients the most advanced, timely, and compassionate care possible—the BEE Award honors individuals who help bring this mission to life through their exceptional service.
Examples of criteria include:
Excellence in Patient Care: Consistently delivers safe, high-quality, patient-centered care by pursuing continuous learning, applying best practices, and seeking opportunities to improve the patient experience.
Integrity and Leadership: Leads with honesty and accountability, setting a positive example for others while making decisions that prioritize patients, colleagues, and the community.
Respect for All: Honors the dignity and diversity of every patient, family member, and coworker by fostering an inclusive, respectful environment.
Compassion and Teamwork: Demonstrates empathy and kindness through active listening, clear communication, and collaboration, recognizing that excellent care is achieved together.
