The ZENITH Study

ZENITH: The purpose of this trial is to determine whether a study medication called zilebesiran could help control high blood pressure and lower the risk of cardiovascular events, such as heart attack and stroke.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are 18 years old or older with have high blood pressure and CVD (cardiovascular disease)

OR

  • Are 55 years or older with high blood pressure and are at risk of developing CVD

Additional criteria apply, which the study team will be happy to discuss with you.

There is no cost to participate and you do not need insurance. Participants will be compensated for their time at qualifying visits.
