This change will allow us to manage medical record requests more efficiently for our patients.

Please note that Hutchinson Clinic has up to 30 days from the date a request is received to process and complete the release of medical records, in accordance with federal guidelines.

If you have submitted a records request recently, please be assured that all requests will continue to be processed in a timely manner during this transition.
