Role: Clinical Quality Coordinator

Department: Quality

How long have you been with Hutch Clinic? 28 years

What does Hutch Clinic do better than anyone else? We have a great team of providers and staff in every department providing exceptional care. With so many specialty providers available, our patients don't have to travel far to see a specialist.

What makes working at Hutch Clinci so special? Hutchinson Clinic staff is the best. I worked in Family Practice for over 20 years with Dr. Barker and it was the best. We have great teamwork in every department, all working toward providing the best care possible for patients and their families.

When life flipped upside down with COVID shutdowns, our staff pulled together to make necessary changes to continue providing the best possible care to our patients along with taking care of the employees and the stress we all felt. It has been a blessing to be part of the Hutch Clinic family.

Where did you meet your partner? I was living in Nebraska at the time, but went on a ski trip to Colorado with a group from my sister's church. My future husband was also on that trip and soon after we started dating. We will celebrate our 30th anniversary in April!

What hobbies are you pursuing? I enjoy sewing, reading, scrapbooking and learning new crafts.

What is your perfect day? No alarm to start the day, drinking coffee in my pj's, reading a good book, working on a sewing or craft project, and relaxing at home with no schedule.

What is your favorite local activity or event? NJCAA mens basketball national tournament!

Dogs or cats? Cats

Beach or mountains? Beach

Thank you, Janene, for all you do for the Clinic! Our employee spotlight series will continue here on our blog - so keep an eye out for our next edition.
