Today, we’re celebrating Lindsey Thiessen, Director of Compliance and Risk Management! From growing and refreshing the department to achieving a certification in Healthcare Compliance, Lindsey has always gone above and beyond in her role, and she has done an amazing job throughout COVID-19 in supporting all of us. How long have you been with Hutch Clinic? 12 years

Why did you want to join the Hutch Clinic team? I previously worked at the hospital, and while I had the opportunity to take care of many patients, I wanted to work in a setting where I could interact and create new patient-nurse relationships in the outpatient setting. Working in Cardiology for 10 years before moving into my current role, I was able to provide ongoing care for many patients and build caring and trusting relationships with them.

What makes working at Hutch Clinic so special? It is a privilege to be a part of an organization that is recognized for its healthcare leadership in our community.

First job? Baskin Robbins

First vacation? Disney World when I was in 4th grade!

First concert? NSYNC at the Kansas State Fair

What TV shows are you watching/loving? Billions, Firefly Lane and waiting for the next season of Ozark!

What’s your favorite quote?
